Three Month Jam Class!

This 5 day a week class will slim, strengthen, tone, and firm anyone who is willing to take the challenge. It is designed to ensure that each person is able to achieve their personal fitness goal.

The schedule for August 2nd  thru August 6th will go as follows…

  • Mon. Cardio Power and Resistance ( 7:00 am) PM Kettlebells 7;15
  • Tues.
  • Wed. Swings and Bag work ( 7:00 am)
  • Thurs. PM Cardio Bags 7:15
  • Fri. Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs ( 7:00 am)  Kettlebells 7:15 pm
  • Sat. 7:00- 8:30 am Cross training and abs

Items Needed:

  • 1 inch binder (for storing record sheets)
  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Tennis shoes
  • Open mind and determination
REMEMBER THAT WHEN SCHOOL LETS OUT WE WILL BE GOING TO MON. WED. FRI. SAT. 7:00 AM START TIME LET ANYONE KNOW THAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO COME WITHYOU.
