Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs (7:00 am) 7:15 PM Kettlebells Sat. Cross training and Abs ( 7:00 am) We will be adding different material gradually. Do not stress over it. Make sure you have water, towel, good tennis shoes, and a mat if you do not want to use mine... Tues. and Thurs. bring gloves
