Fitness Class Schedule

 

                                                             AUGUST 2nd - August 6th

  Mon. Cardio Power and Resistance (7:00 am) 7:15 PM Kettlebells

  Tue. 

  Wed. Swings and Bag work (7:00 am)

  Thurs,  7:15 PM Kettlebells/ Cardio

  Fri. Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs (7:00 am) 7:15 PM Kettlebells

  Sat. Cross training and Abs ( 7:00 am)

                                             We will be adding different material gradually. Do not stress over it.   

                                            Make sure you have water, towel, good tennis shoes, and a mat if you do

                                            not want to use mine... Tues. and Thurs. bring gloves
